Boarding with Real Life Dog Training

What should I bring?

Please bring as little as possible. With boarding numbers that can reach up to 15, we will not accept extra toys and blankets. We ask for the following:

  • Food (along with feeding instructions)

  • Leash

  • 1 Bed or blanket (if your dog will not be destructive with it)

If you are able to label your items, please do so.

Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

While your dog’s safety is our highest priority, our facility is located on several acres of natural terrain. We provide consistent, hands-on supervision during all outdoor activities; however, by enrolling your dog, you acknowledge that outdoor play involves inherent risks. These include, but are not limited to, minor injuries from natural elements (such as brush, trees, or uneven ground), interactions with local wildlife, and typical social play with other dogs. By checking the box in this form, you agree that Real Life Dog Training is not liable for scratches, nicks, or accidental injuries sustained through normal play and exploration in this natural environment.

Vet Release Form

After submitting this form you’ll be directed to our veterinary release. Accidents happen — in an emergency we want your dog to receive prompt care. Please make sure your veterinarian is authorized to treat your dog and has a credit card on file. If emergency expenses are not covered by your vet, those costs will be added to your boarding invoice and must be paid at pickup.
